The final revision of my rebel snowspeeder (or T-47 airspeeder) from Star Wars Episode V.

I know the Sandspeeder is kind of a joke vehicle that never features in official Star Wars media, but I think it looks cool.

Porsche Center, Stuttgart, Germany
This long exposure shot was taken in front of the Porsche headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. It was a wonderful evening just after a storm passed by and revealed wonderful purple clouds in the sky.
Of course they are not purple in this picture but if you care to see how they looked like you might want to have a look at my photostream to see a few other shots from this series.
As far as the setup is concerned:
I used a 7d, tripod, 4seconds, f7.1 at 17mm and ISO 100.
And yes, some post processing...can you tell!? :)

Afterthought : The image looks so scerene, like you could just reach out and stir the liquid with your fingers. Rest assured this is not the case, when the wavefront impacted into the cloth behind it it was torn completely in two lengthwise. The piece of plywood that this was sitting on was also broken in two with a 5 inch hole punched through it.
The Imperial Armored Speeder, which appears in Andor, is a small versatile speeder utilizes by the Empire to transport troops and weapons. While primarily depicted in a patrol and security role, it can also be used for light fire support of Imperial stormtroopers and infantry.
This model is approximately 1/45th scale and has room for two minifigures, one driver and one gunner. This model is the perfect scaled for anything from small to large MOCs while still being highly detailed and accurate.

This car was an amazing building experience. I rebuilt the thing multiple times and I must say, this is the most complicated car I've built yet. It features almost everything you could want from a car: seats for two persons, opening doors, dashboard, gear shift, mirrors, turn signals, exhausts, licence plates and a beautiful slim shape. Too bad I couldn't figure out how to put a roof on it, but I am happy anyway!

My first shot for a new group “set yourself a challenge”. This weeks challenge is “square crop”. Whenever I thought square a speed square kept running thru my head. Normally all my shots are 24 x 36 aspect ratio, most of the time I don’t deviate from that. Even when shooting this I started by framing it to fill the viewfinder and had to use the grid to reframe it. The challenge forced me to shoot in a way I normally wouldn’t but also gave me direction for shooting. Kinda cool :)
This is also the first time I’ve used my camera in over a week other than for my flagpole project which thru dumb luck turned out successfully in my opinion. I’ve been extremely under the weather lately and am finally starting to feel a little better.
Update to my Episode II speeder chase speeders. Zam's speeder is identical, but I smoothed out the sides of Anakin's and extended the engines, replacing them with some more interesting parts.
I'm still a bit unhappy with the side windows on Zam's and the headlights on Anakin's.

One of today's garage sales had a batch of clear colored globes.
I realized that all the globes that I had to date were either opaque or clear. No translucent colored until now.
This is the result. Kind of strange. I did not get the framing right in three tries.
