There is something so soothing about seeing an ocean of lights below you, yet hearing nothing but the wind. Goodnight LA :)

"Soothing Water"
Once in a while I lovetaking close up's and details like this one I took about more than a month ago at our "Hohenzollern-Workshop". I love this grand landscapes with epic light but I also love details...and whenever I get a chance I love to take such images as well.

Our Captain got into the waist high water to give my wife a foot and leg massage with limestone clay. Here, her feet are drying with the clay and ,later near the end of the trip,Curtis washed her feet and legs.I was offered the same treatment, but I passed.Haa haa! Maybe I should have enjoyed this too!
For my Flickr Friends who did a fantastic job from these collection of photos. Please add a note on your photo (s). Thank you !

I love the beach colours in this easy watercolour background - cool blues and sandy beiges. They take me back to when I liked these colours as a child. They say smells take you back in time, but I think colours do too and for me, this adds to the calm these colours evoke.

Nature has the power to heal. My spirit is lifted by hope. Dreams really do come true here. The water is where I wonder and I wander often to the water. I am drawn to places that fulfill dreams and places that keep promises. I am surrounded by natural gifts and I am grateful for the ability to feel the power and live a life full of joy in Nature. The wind comforts and the sun soothes and each drop of rain falls perfectly and precisely into place. I walked into the water and was comforted as the water touched all of my body. This body is beautiful and this body certainly is a Gift. What a Life!
By Erik. Burnt Lake, below our campsite on East Zigzag made a nice day hike. It's also a relatively popular place on weekends in these parts. But very few people were around and the swimming was so delightful.
I love the impressions that agave leaves leave on the main body of the plant after they have unfurled...^+^

This is a very pleasant, eye soothing picture. I took this few days back in Kolkata. The silhouette birds and the tree look beautiful. I captured this in a sunny afternoon. The different activities of birds attract me to clicked this. The picture represents everyone's life abstractly.
