I just started going to a drawing group called "Drink and Draw". They meet once every 3 weeks or so at various locations to, er, drink and draw. Various "drawing challenges" were written on slips of paper and placed in a bag. Someone would draw a slip from the bag and everybody would draw that challenge. In this case, obviously, the challenge was "mind control".

This is a shot from a green space in downtown Racine (WI) next to the Root River. In mid-summer all of the boat slips are filled, but it is late enough now that boats are coming out and going into storage.
The sailboat that's out in the river was following one that necessitated the opening of the State Street drawbridge as seen in the shot below.
For the All New Scavenger Hunt challenge; river.
I think i got my photogaphy 'Mojo' back this weekend at my mates flat in Manchester... could have been the new surroundings, awesome modern flat, great new Goldfrapp album or just feeling happy... (not quite as dark as the image suggests!)
Listening to this over and over on saturday... Goldfrapp- A&E

Crinoline Half Slip
These Original Designed slips are cute enough to wear as a skirt...especially if you are into Punk! Great for adding a little bit of POOF to any dress. Made with soft netting that is sewn into an upper cotton waist area with enclosed elastic band, these are sized just for Blythe...not too long or bulky. RubyNell just loves hers!

Members of the tour group are shown the ferry slips by guides from the construction company.
Area of the terminal where new ferry slips are being constructed. This area when opened, will replace the temporary barge currently being used for ferry departures to and from Manhattan.
With a select group of people, I was able to take a rare tour and get a very close look at the restoration of the ferry slips at the Hoboken Ferry Terminal.
The "all access" tour, given by Hall Construction Company, included areas rarely seen by the public, such as the Long Hall Concourse, the recently restored clock tower, and the main waiting room.
The Hoboken Terminal (1907) is the only completely intact railroad ferry terminal remaining in the U.S. Its Beaux Arts with High Victorian and amusement park influences were the work of architect Kenneth Murchison.
This incredible tour was made possible by Preservation New Jersey. Check out their site at: www.preservationnj.org/
Time,
Sometimes time slips away from me
And I'm left here,
Under this confusing sky,
Left with the memories
Standing towards this clock
I hear it whisper the power it has
To erase everything... slowly.
It fills me with fear
For those memories we made
Are too important to disappear.
Tell me.
Did you let it erase our moments?
Do you still remember?
Will you remember?
You are standing on the other side of this huge Moon
And I'm screaming with all my inner forces
About everything we tried to build.
Nothing lasts forever, they say.
This may not last forever... and time will tell it in a bitter way,
But if you keep everything inside your heart,
In our world, our Moon (that will still be ours)
There will be no clock, no hours, no minutes, no seconds.
And yes, I can asure you…
We'll find the power to make everything we lived
Unbreakable and eternal.
Please, remember.
