This is the beautifully restored PRR HUNT tower in Huntingdon Pennsylvania. This tower is now the towns visitor center and open to the public (however I arrived too late in the day to see the inside). This shot was taken in 2006

Please excuse the blurriness, this was taken from out the window of a train going about 60 mph
SBB Cargo Bombardier Traxx class Re482 "Köln" built in 2002. I don't know if this is a special unit or not but the number was 482.000-7. Does that make it the first unit or the 7th?
This is the special "Shorty" semaphore signal in Crawfordsville. It's on a short mast for better visibility.
Automatic block section (ABS) rules showing the unique style of semaphore signals and sideways placement of tri-light signals which C&NW was famous for. These are approach aspects.
A signal that is becoming much rarer to find these days, the old B&O CPLs still survive near Baily Wye in downtown Baltimore. How much longer will they last though?

Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn: this is one of the most unique signals in Swiss rules, which demonstrates the high ecological consciousness of the country. When you are using herbicides to kill weeds that negatively affect the stability of the track, this signal indicates the point from which they can return to use the herbicides, as has already exceeded the area of groundwater existing under the platform rail, having thus avoiding contamination.
