I had already been marvelling at the fact that Salt Lake's transit system shuts down at 11pm (!), and 8 on Sundays (!!), but this totally blew my mind: no service at all anywhere in the city on holidays! Summer long weekend holidays, no less, which I would think are actually pretty heavy travel days. Just... wow.
