This is the car that drove me back from Truckfest North West.
There were 2 copies of The Cheshire Magazine in the back of the seats. The driver was called Dave, and it is £30 return.
Value for money! The first Mercedes was an 07 reg. I love luxury. I felt like a celebrity.
Oh, my dearest chauffeur, I shall have to cancel as Ronnie and Amy won't be back until 2pm. Do collect me 3.20pm instead.
I made the 15.48 in time though, really glad as it is only every 2 hours on Sunday. And Knutsford is beautiful!
The Allied Rapid Reaction Corps along with enabling units from around NATO held Remembrance Sunday memorial events in their camps in Latvia and Lithuania while deployed on Exercise Arrcade Fusion 2015. Two buglers from the Kings Division Band performed the last post in exercise locations in both Lithuania and Latvia. ARRC personnel participating in Latvia wore the Poppy and Latvia ribbon in remembrance of the fallen.

With a "LAST PAXMAN IN SERVICE" headboard, 43047 looks good at Langley Mill station with 1B23, 06.34 Leeds to St. Pancras on 11th December 2020. Departing 5 minutes late, it was still 2 minutes before sunrise, not that you would have seen it on this misty overcast morning.
F.R. Willetts are a bus and coach company based in Coleford, who operate some once-a-week-only services into Gloucester from the Forest of Dean.
A Streetlite is seen here just leaving the city centre's bus station after completing the morning journey on the Monday-only 787 from St Briavels. Unfortunately I didn't get a snap with the route number as I just happened to catch it pulling in to the station as I walking past (I previously didn't know this route existed!)
I believe this route may be operated by a full-size coach at times (at least according to Bustimes.org) but in any event a Streetlite is a rare sight in Gloucester, which is very much Enviro territory. The bus itself has been around a bit, having previously worked for Go North East and First Cymru.
The return trip was set for a few hours time, it's a route that includes stops in Bream, Yorkley, Blakeney, Newnham and Westbury-on-Severn.
Operator: F.R. Willetts
Vehicle: Wright Streetlite
Reg: SK68 TXP
Location: Bruton Way, Gloucester
Route: 787: St Briavels - Gloucester

A copy from the British Ambulance society archive with what is possibly THE only photo of my ambulance taken in service with Surrey Ambulance service. The crown badge suggests this was taken post 1985. The marks from the badge can still be seen on close inspection of the area today!

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Monarch butterfly populations have declined over recent decades due to degraded habitat, but Oregon landowners are making great strides to improve monarch habitat on private lands, with technical and financial assistance from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Milkweed is a critical component of monarch habitat because it’s the only plant on which they will lay their eggs, and it’s a vital food source for monarch caterpillars. Just one example of this partnership at work is the recent establishment of milkweed clusters on the E4 Ranch easement in Benton County, Oregon. Under this project, NRCS enrolled 192-acres of private land into a 30-year wetland easement in 2005. As part of the easement contract, NRCS and the USFWS provided financial and technical assistance to restore the site to its native wetland prairie condition. Before the restoration, the land was a flat pasture, filled with a single-species of grass for cattle grazing. Now, the site is a diverse landscape filled with native trees, plants, and shrubs—including pollinator habitat such as gumweed and milkweed. NRCS photo by Tracy Robillard.
