It is possible that the oldest son moved back home for the banana nut pancakes I like to make on Sunday mornings (my usual treat for completing the weekly long run). It doesn't matter what time he came in, the boy will get up when I am cooking the pancakes.
To make them:
1 cup flour (I use wheat -- but you can use white all purpose)
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup soy or almond milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large ripe banana - smooshed up
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix all the ingredients and fry those babies up (1/4 cup approx) in a little vegetable oil on a griddle or a pan
Enjoy!

on another note, i've had the munchies all day... yogurt-covered raisins, strawberries, green apples, peanut butter, salad, etc. we've been eating on the porch all day so that makes eating even more enjoyable. they're calling for clear skies all week... time to get out & into the garden. spring holiday is soon! i cannot wait.

Every Sunday is Sunset Sunday on my Photostream. I invite you to join in on the fun and post your own sunset (or sunrise) on Sunday and then share it with us here. Sunset Sundays are the only days I invite you to share your own photo in your comments here. Please keep it to only one and one that you've posted this Sunset Sunday.
Now let's get out there and get some beautiful sunset/sunrise shots and share them every Sunday.
Please take a moment to like my new Facebook page. Thank you!
Today was a good day. Hence why I'm up so late because I'm still so glad to have had it.
I'm starting myself a photo blog to act as a sort of public diary and record of related events about photography, people, places, etc.
If you share this, please leave my watermark in place as I'd really appreciate people knowing this is my work.
If you are interested in buying a high quality print of any size, just email me.
EXPLORE #99:
Dogs are pretty easy to read:
"Shit. Here he comes. Geez. What time is it? I was up late last night, my mouth tells me so. Must have eaten something I really shouldn´t. Oh no. Not that thing again. I´m tired. Piss off. No, I don´t want to go outside, not for a million chickenbones I would. Get a life. Put that thing down and go to bed again. Sigh."

Un dimache à Mwanga, notre village. Je me balade. La bière locale coule à flots. Les haut-parleurs assourdissent les buveurs et les passants en crachants les derniers tubes zambiens. Ca sent les frites et le maïs grillé.
A sunday in Mwanga, the village where we live. I go for a walk. People enjoy the locally brewed beer and the Zambian music. There is a smell of chips and roasted maize.

I thought I was doing baked salmon for lunch, but once again, I'd not read the label of what I was buying.
What we had was Scottish Trout fillets, from the Sainsbury's Taste the Difference range. Not only do I not read labels, I don't always look at price tags, but I'm fairly sure these cost more than salmon, as they were much nicer.
Potatoes were cooked in olive oil and rosemany, and the beans were just lightly boiled.
To follow was cheese and biscuits, and now I'm about to go fall asleep watching another episode of Vera.
Couldn't resist..i know buttom half of composition is not perfect but the sunset happening outside my bedroom window this evening was too pretty not to share..those hues in a London sky - awesome!
Sundays are usually the one day of the week when many of us get the time to relax and chill.
Honestly, my Sundays are not always slow. So here is yesterday's photo taken today :)
I got the cool 24-70mm Lens cup from my best friends for Christmas ^_^
