so obviously this is a flash back of my brody he was probably about 2-3 months here xD I will add a few other running pictures in comments
Brody is doing so well in school except for heeling which from this picture you would think he would do well. He tends to drag behind cuz I think he get tired since we do it for about 30 minutes. i know I get tired so I know he must. But he is doing everything so well. Recall off leash, he almost got the finish,sit and down stay for 3-4 minutes, almost heeling off leash,quarter turns,im teaching him backing up now,oh and stand stay in a circle while people pet him xD

Had to use a really nasty ISO rating to freeze the movement as it backed through the dark station, but it cleaned up reasonably well.
went up to the sheep on Saturday in the car with Carolyn due to me not feeling great all week and still didn't on Saturday feeling very sick,anyway suns out today sunday so will be back up there today walking and with my shorts on

The Konik horse is a direct descendant of the now extinct European horse, the Tarpan. 250 Konik horses and an even larger herd of Highland cattle roam the National Park Lauwersmeer to keep the grass short and give plants, birds and insects the chance to settle. These animals are pretty wild and best watched from a respectful distance. Feeding and petting can interfere with their natural instincts.
Een konik is van oorsprong een in Polen en Wit-Rusland gehouden paardenras. Het konikpaard heeft geen verzorging nodig en kan het hele jaar vrij rondlopen. Om deze reden wordt het dier vaak ingezet voor begrazing in natuurgebieden in Nederland. De konik is nauw verwant aan de tarpan, een oorspronkelijk wild paard.
Gerben Poortinga introduceerde voor het eerst in 1981 de konik in het natuurbeheer. Poortinga eiste van de beheerders dat strikt natuurlijke kuddevorming, zonder "dierverzorgende" maatregelen, zou plaatsvinden en dat overbevolking uitsluitend aselect en op basis van ecologische ontwikkelingen van het gebied zouden plaatsvinden. Aan de kwaliteit van de konikspaarden op de Ennemaborg is dat nog steeds te zien. Naar aanleiding van het succes van de natuurontwikkeling op landgoed de Ennemaborg wordt het ras nu gebruikt in Europese natuurreservaten als de Oostvaardersplassen voor begrazingsdoeleinden. Hiermee functioneert de konik als een van de grote grazers van Europa. Ook in alle omringende landen is de beheersvisie nu op grote schaal overgenomen en toegepast. [Wikipedia]
My hat's off to all the runners in our local summer parade. From young to old, they really put on a great show. It's a highlight for me. Looking forward to this year's run.
Even though we have been horrible so far this year (minus the September Miracle last weekend) I still have my Buff pride intact. This was a snap from the first game fo the year at Mile High against CSU. Heding up to Boulder in a couple hours to shoot the game a bit and hoepfully watch my 21 point underdogs beat UCLA.

I love this, reminds me of heading out for a quick run in the Park - "the world will not fall apart in my absence".
Tastefully understated shorts that meet my demands for a running short that doesn't ride up. I've come to the conclusion that it is all in the size of the leg opening, and now have a handy test that I can use in a changing room to tell.

My story:
Slept with - I mean, slept over at a friend's place, after an evening of fun and shenanigans.
There's an important client meeting first thing Monday morning. Of course, I oversleep and wake up with about 20 minutes to get to work, still in my friend's bed. My undies pooled around my ankles, I pull them back up, while putting my glasses on. Bra around somewhere but definitely not covering me - no time to waste, I'll go without one.
I rifle through my friend's closet, coming across a blue suit on a hanger - grabbing it and my heels and running out the door.
Drive over, get there 5 minutes before the meeting, as I run through the side door and into the closest elevator with the suit and shoes. Putting the jacket on and buttoning it up - a little revealing, but nice fit. I reach for the pants - wait, where are the pants? Guess the hanger had just a jacket...
So here I am, nearly at my floor, wearing
- a pair of panties but no bra,
- a suit jacket but no pants,
- heels.
Think anyone'll notice? But then again... will anyone mind?
I confidently pop open the bottom button of the jacket as the elevator door opens, ready to kick ass.
