The Vishay Dale WSHM2818 surface-mount Power Metal Strip® resistor combines a high 7 W power rating with extremely low resistance values down to 1 mΩ in the compact 2818 case size.
Available in an AEC-Q200 automotive-qualified 0603 case size, the Vishay Dale Thin Film PLTT 0603 precision resistor features a wide operating temperature range from -55 °C to +230°C, a low absolute TCR down to ± 5 ppm/°C, and laser-trimmed tolerances down to ± 0.02 %.
With high power ratings of 0.33 W in the compact 0805 case size, Vishay Dale RCWH series thick film surface-mount wraparound chip resistors offer a power density over 2.5x higher than standard devices in this footprint.

VPG has introduced a new series of ultra-high-precision Bulk Metal® Z1-Foil hybrid, surface-mount chip resistors connected using gold wire bonding. The HTH series is designed for high-temperature applications to +240°C and offers improved heat dissipation, providing nearly a 100 °C extension in operating temperature range over precision thin film chip resistors. I bought a used Audiolab 8000S. They are nice amps but suffer from overheating resistors in the output stage. I have now fixed the problem in mine.
