The sunrise in South Wales (and from what I gather most of the UK) was quite spectacular this morning. Unfortunately it also coincided with my daily drive down the M4 so there was no opportunity to capture it for you. This was taken just before the sun rose fully - about 15 minutes too late!

I went out for a walk this afternoon as I had forgotten to get my wife a Christmas Card ... silly me!! Lucky for me and before it started to rain again I caught this reflection on the paving!!

Without fail nature relaxes our kids. Sure there are the full range of emotions, but then there are times we see them like this... and uncharacteristically reflective moment.
I took this in Millwaukee but I cannot remember exactly where because it was almost a year ago...LOL
The Barnsley scrap yards are a sad sight for any bus fan, in this shot an ex London Transport Titan is reflected in oily water, whilst waiting for it's final call.
This is one of illy's art collection cups, designed by Anish Kapoor in 2011, called "bottomless espresso"'. The saucer has a hole in it, and the inside of the cup is coated in platinum; it give a "forever" effect when the cup is empty, looking down inside.
