how me how you do that trick

The one that makes me scream" she said

"the one that makes me laugh" she said

And threw her arms around my neck

"show me how you do it

And i promise you i promise that

I'll run away with you

I'll run away with you"

Spinning on that dizzy edge

I kissed her face and kissed her head

And dreamed of all the different ways i had

To make her glow

"why are you so far away?" she said

"why won't you ever know that i'm in love with you

That i'm in love with you

One of the benefits of putting in time to catch birds doing something magical for the camera, as they go about their daily routine, is that it affords time to soak in the surroundings, capture amazing landscapes or magical representations of the layers of beauty nature offers.

Self portrait wearing a rather stylish reflective safety jacket under the stars at Ross, central Tasmania.

Before I leave this beautiful bird who graced my morning a few days back I thought I would share.

I wish you all safe journeys my friends. My advice is be kind to one another and do a few selfless acts of kindness..I promise you'll feel better. ~Sam

On the way to Llyn Y Fan Fach in the beacons, i'm really pleased with this shot.

New vibrant leaves over a perfect calm morning reflection

Just another Mercer area lake.

Swan pond, Kadriorg

Another nice sunset at the fishing lake....

A great-horned owl sits and appears to be reflecting on something – last night’s hunt perhaps?

I had gone back to the same area where I had briefly seen an owl a few days before. On this occasion, this fellow decided I was not a threat and we sat together for about twenty minutes, enjoying the beautiful, fall morning together. After getting numerous images I decided it was time to leave him alone with his thoughts and quietly back away. Until next time, my friend!

Thanks so much to everyone who takes the time to view, like or comment on my photos!

This is located in the bottom of a deep valley in British Columbia. North East of Whistler a few hundred miles. I don't remember the exact name of the place but will find it and map it... The entire valley was covered in places like this. After looking at this image I now wish I would have used a different shutter speed to freeze the ducks on the pond.
