The mosque is surrounded by rectangular pools tiled in different shades of blue, which extend over 7874 m2. They reflect the mosque’s magnificent arcades and columns and become even more spectacular by the lighting at night.

Located in downtown Jasper’s at the train station, Locomotive 6015 is one of 16 mountain-type engines built by the Canadian Locomotive Company of Kingston, Ontario in 1923 and used by Canadian National in fast freight and passenger service. It pulled the Canadian version of the Orient Express. This type of engine could move at 100 miles per hour, and It needed about 10,000 gallons of water and 17 tons of coal. The Locomotive 6015 stands today in downtown Jasper, Alberta Canada as the mark of a time long gone by but never forgotten.

Another capture on the way down from Col Redella. Some remaining water puddle of rain from pervious days created a nice reflective surface to mirror the peak of Langkofel-Plattkofel group. Have a good weekend ahead. Stay safe and healthy. Cheers, Udo.
Went out to a nearby lake to try to shoot a sunset. Thankfully I had some friends who are very kind and and smart enough to help me learn how to shoot these gorgeous skies.
