Taken Addo Elephant National Park, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
Addo Elephant National Park is a diverse wildlife conservation park situated close to Port Elizabeth in South Africa and is one of the country's 20 national parks. It currently ranks third in size after Kruger National Park and the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. I spent four consecutive days within the park which provided an amazing variety of wildlife.

Osteospermum Serenity Red.
Easy to grow, flowers until the first frosts and may even survive a mild winter.
This series of osteospermum are much famed for flowering well in the UK and tolerant of cooler conditions and cloudy days. Plants have a naturally bushy and branching habit, so no pinching necessary, and they are quick to flower lasting well into the autumn. Wonderful for container planting and easy to grow and manage.
Grow in rich, well drained potting compost and in a bright and sunny position.
The second of the fox pair spent his time hunting in the field not too far from his mate on the ice.

(Sciurus vulgaris) Although red squirrels have been almost eradicated in the UK by invasive grey squirrels, there are still a few pockets of them scattered around particularly in the south of England and Scotland. This is one of a small population that lives on the Isle of Wight where I was last week.

The town is painted RED once again as the Kansas City Chiefs are headed to the Playoffs. The city lights up the downtown buildings with a red glow for big games or in the postseason. Time for some Mahomes Magic.

The Red Grouse is an umistakeable bird - plump and round, with a gingery-red body as its name suggests. Found on upland heathlands, it is under threat from the nationwide, dramatic loss of these habitats.
