The sea, the beach, the roads were bringing back memories of other times. Not only images: also voices shouting and long silences other days. Funny, but living it is to build future memories; now, here oceanfront know I'm preparing detailed memories.

Exactly 7 years ago, on the 6th of May 2007, I logged into Second Life , my avatar was ‘rezzed’ for the first time.
This is one of the purple water lillies that is planted in unique lighting I wanted to test the color science of the new sensor a bit. I am pleased with the results maybe not quite Fuji but, for my eye it is very nice.
Le rez-de-chaussée seulement des deux ailes date
de la Renaissance. Les beaux mascarons des clefs d'archivolte pourraient être attribuées à maître Ponce, contemporain de Jean Goujon : ils représentent des tètes de faunes et de satyres ;

Seriously high rez shot of the pipes in Cell4, Pyestock NGTE. Trashed my 6 month old 10 - 24mm Tamron in there, so had to resort to multiple 24mm shots off of another lens and stitching them back together afterwards. Shit about the lens, but good to be forced to do things differently.

On the way up to Moab I spied what i thought to be a Jestson Orama art work on a water tower off in the distance. On the way back to Phoenix I decided to find it and photograph it.
What makes this a unique art pierce to photograph is the story of Jetson. Jetson is a 50 year old African American who lives and works on the Navajo Indian reservation and does street art all over the Indian reservation. The quintessential American story so to speak that you can read about here: jetsonorama.net/welcome/
After blowing the past the only turn off that seemed logical and turing around I had to cross some railroad tracks and then search a maze of dirt roads to find one that lead me to the water tank. There were plenty of cattle about and a house not too far off.
Growing up in this part of the country its not uncommon for someone to grab a gun and fire off a few shots in my direction given a strange car by their cattle. I braved my fear and got out and took a quick set of pics before high-tailing it out of there.
