Yellow-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus goiavier)
The Yellow-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus goiavier) is a member of the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is resident breeder in southeast Asia from southern Thailand and Cambodia south to Borneo and the Philippines. It is found in a wide variety of open habitats, but not deep forest. It is one of the most common birds in cultivated areas. They appear to be nomadic, roaming from place to place regularly.
The Yellow-vented Bulbul builds a well-camouflaged but fragile, loose, deep, cup-shaped nest from grass, leaves, roots, vine stems, and twigs. The nest is untidy on the outside, but it is neatly lined with plant fibers. It may be built in a wide range of places from low bushes to high trees. This is a species adapted to humans and may even nest in gardens. The Yellow-vented Bulbul lays 2-5 eggs in February to June.
The Yellow-vented Bulbuls eats berries and small fruits. They also sip nectar, nibble on young shoots, and take some insects.

parent's return with food
This pair of juveniles will depend on their parents for food for the time being. Apart from receiving regular supply of a variety of food items from insects to plant materials, they're also encourage to make short flight among the foliage and forage for potential food source themselves. This is part of the training to prepare the youngsters to lead their independent lives in the days to come.

The red-whiskered bulbul (Pycnonotus jocosus), or crested bulbul, is a passerine bird found in Asia. It is a member of the bulbul family. It is a resident frugivore found mainly in tropical Asia. It has been introduced in many tropical areas of the world where populations have established themselves. It feeds on fruits and small insects. Red-whiskered bulbuls perch conspicuously on trees and have a loud three or four note call. They are very common in hill forests and urban gardens within its range.
The red-whiskered bulbul is about 20 centimetres (7.9 in) in length. It has brown upper-parts and whitish underparts with buff flanks and a dark spur running onto the breast at shoulder level. It has a tall pointed black crest, red face patch and thin black moustachial line. The tail is long and brown with white terminal feather tips, but the vent area is red. Juveniles lack the red patch behind the eye, and the vent area is rufous-orange.
The loud and evocative call is a sharp kink-a-joo (also transcribed as pettigrew or kick-pettigrew or pleased to meet you) and the song is a scolding chatter. It is more often heard than seen, but will often perch conspicuously especially in the mornings when they call from the tops of trees. The life span is about 11 years.
It has established itself in Australia and in Los Angeles, Hawaii, and Florida in the United States, as well as in Mauritius, on Assumption Island and Mascarene Islands. In Florida, it is only found in a small area, and its population could be extirpated easily. It was eradicated from Assumption Island in 2013–2015 to prevent colonisation of nearby Aldabra, the largest introduced bird-free tropical island.

2 fledglings waiting patiently for their parent's return for food.
Just like any other baby animals, they look incredibly cute and adorable at this tender age.
Fully capable of flight though, this pair of twins would have to depend on their parents to feed them for another week or so before they become fully independent. In the coming days, they would need to acquire the bread and butter before becoming a proud Yellow-vented Bulbul and lead their independent lives away from their parents.
The adult species is very commonly encountered in our parks and gardens, however, the juveniles are not.
Olive-winged Bulbul (Pycnonotus plumosus)
Justification
This species has an extremely large range, and hence does not approach the thresholds for Vulnerable under the range size criterion (Extent of Occurrence 30% decline over ten years or three generations). The population size has not been quantified, but it is not believed to approach the thresholds for Vulnerable under the population size criterion (10% in ten years or three generations, or with a specified population structure). For these reasons the species is evaluated as Least Concern.
Taxonomic source(s)
Sibley, C. G.; Monroe, B. L. 1990. Distribution and taxonomy of birds of the world. Yale University Press, New Haven, USA.
Population justification
The global population size has not been quantified, but the species is described as generally abundant throughout its range (del Hoyo et al. 2005).
Trend justification
The population is suspected to be stable in the absence of evidence for any declines or substantial threats.

I am taking a rest in the corn field when this guy coming for a short visit.
This kind of bulbul is found on both lowlands and hills in the north of Peninsular Malaysia but progressively confined to hilly area southwards. This species frequent gathers in small parties to feed in fruiting shrubs, typically feeding in lower storey and also fringing vegetation. Call a rising then descending series of about eight melodious notes.
