I finally got around to testing a nonsense spoof prompt supplied by a friend who had some startling good results from it on Midjourney. One try was enough for me (he made about a dozen like this) - I am not burning my credits to evolve or make more with this prompt. However, you can try it if you like.

This isn't related to this week's prompt but I wanted to share it anyway.....
My daughter's school is having a gala and silent auction this Saturday. I decided to donate these four prints for the auction. You might remember about a year ago, Jolanda (Jofabi) shared a prompt about creating art and I created the first one above - the cherry love. After that, Jolanda encouraged me to create some more of these and the other three were born. I finally got around to matting and framing them and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I call the set "Fruit of the Spirit."
So, this is just a little story to say thanks to all of you in this AWESOME group for the inspiration and encouragement. I wouldn't have these 4 photos today if it weren't for you!

With the Macro Monday themed work out of the way for this week’s (Begins With) The First Letter of My Name, I thought I’d share my other ideas. Having sat for 6 days pondering on items beginning with the letter K (For Kev), I came up with a number of shots, and was then promptly stuck on which one to use! LOL
Actually, this Chinese chess set is 41 years old, having been bought in Singapore by a friend when he was a young lad in the Royal Air Force stationed out there.

For August's Monthly Scavenger Hunt.
Well, the idea was to blow feathers round my DIY lightbox with the hairdryer... Unfortunately feathers move too fast and promptly fly out of box! I tried out my camera's continuous shooting mode which is pretty cool but they came out quite grainy. I obviously need to play around with it when I have more time. Tried fixing in processing but things keep crashing today. And I still haven't chosen anything for round 3 of Flickr 64...eek!
