The district electrician mounted my projector and an outlet in the ceiling for me! I ran all the wires along the ceiling and down the side of the room, so there are no wires to get in the way.
Looking through some of my old files and folders I ran across this photo that I took a while back, but forgot about it. Would appreciate a little info about it. Iwas wondering what type of projector it is and what kind of "slides" it projected.

As I Went Out One Morning
While at the Classical in the Canefields in Mackay ABC Open and local Artists Donna Maree Robinson, Tracey Johnson and Fiona Vuibeqa project their Memory Paths film on the ABC open Projector cube.
This strange item is on display in the cafe at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry. There is no description of it but it is certainly an optical instrument of some type, possibly a projector for lantern slides. Set the aperture to f/2 to blur the background on a 30 mm prime lens.

Standard, 15" vertical throw DIY projector, 3/4" cabinet grade plywood, scraps around the house, items from Lumenlab, goldmine-elec.com, allelectronics.com and Home Depot/Lowes.
When I was a child there was only one planetarium projector in the whole country.

This is another shot of the Bell and Howell 625 standard 8 projector I got off Freecycle. I don't think I will ever use it as I have 2 better projectors but it makes a great ornament! The picture was taken using FxCamera on my HTC Magic and the photoshopped.
