Good day at work, tons to do. After, I ran a little over 3 miles and it l felt great! I applied my #ChiRunning technique and my knee felt good. Then, I did yogalates, showered, eat and here I am, it's sleepy time and I'm so pumped (in the most relaxed and serene kind of way, lol) night night.
This is Nora. She's a (sometimes) cross-eyed (possible) Himalayan who we got from a rescue organization!
We're talking it out.

The boys got PSPs for Xmas. J was busy playing a game while wearing the crown from his Chritmas cracker.
[2011-01-19] My imagination combined with the announcements from the building managers led me to believe that B3 had been filled to the shoulders with flood water. There is a sign up saying we enter at our own risk, and yes, there are a few muddy puddles still in there, but on the whole it was not as bad as all of that. No need to make an insurance claim then. As an aside, there is nowhere to ride as all of the bike paths have washed away.
Chip got a bit tired after chasing the ducks and keeping an eye on them. He totally loved to be outside whole day. Here he resides in the shadows.
Having left work tonight rather closer to 10 o'clock than I prefer, the last thing I felt like doing was taking a photo. Thankfully this presented itself in the loos on the way out.
