"It's a very dangerous thing to do exactly what you want. Because you cannot know yourself or what you'd really do... With all your power"
-The Flaming Lips
I am going to take on the tremendous Project365 feat.
So, Eh hem.
7.08.2010. Day one of 365.
Encouragements, criticisms, and inspiration are embraced! I'll need all the flickr motivation I can get!
SOOC, by the way.
Oh, and I thought it appropriate to make the first picture a self portrait. And I think I'll make the 365th picture a self portrait as well... I'm likin' this already!
Thoughts?
1/25/13 - I took my picture early today. In fact, I took it right after I got out of the shower. I wanted to take a picture of the water coming out of my shower head. It turned out much better than I expected. I had my flash on and it caught some of water beads. I tried several pictures without the flash, but they were not very good. I rarely use my flash. It is something that I want to get better at, so I think that this is a good start.
The moon is unmistakable in the clear blue winter sky.

Today's Project 365 pic was taken in Eureka Stockade Park.
I like this lake, so this is the best angle to see it from at the moment.
If you picture a construction site over your right shoulder, you can get the full experience.
The Eureka Centre is undergoing a revamp at the moment so most of the hillside has been carved out to accommodate the new additions.
Day 105: I decided to venture outside today to take some pictures, though limiting my travels to the stairways of my building because the rain and cold. When i saw this sprinkler head i thought of cross processing it, b.c of the red and green oxidation.
However I played with some selective color processing and decided to go with my initial thought on which to use.
Today I won at shopping. My Fluevog refund paid for both these cute Camper ankle boots and this gorgeous Rudsak messenger bag.
An evening conference call with colleagues in China which ran twice as long as planned has resulted in tonight's last-minute photo. A disclaimer is that this is not "artwork" we have placed in a prominent place in our house. It was lying in a corner of the basement and has "Birthday Express" stamped on the bottom of it. ^_^
i366.5 (1/5/12). The two oldest went back to school and Middle Son needed a new spiral notebook. So, a pre-school stop at Wal*Mart was needed. Fun, fun, fun!
12/21/13 - So I must have some really bad luck. I've been wanting to get out to take some pictures. I was planning on going to Belle Isle last weekend, but the snow made driving bad. I was determined to go today to get some nice pictures of the river. There was ice in the river, but it was rainy and foggy and outdoor pictures were not great. I stopped in the aquarium and conservatory to take few pictures, so at least it was not a total waste.
