Another single SB700 job. Really need to fix my SB600/get on the bandwagon and get an SB900. Anyway, this was fairly simple: I just placed the flash slightly over the base of the guitar and shot it. Next time I'll probably experiment with theatrical gels, probably red, maybe a mixture. Oh, and any guitar other than the Arbor I picked up in Sam's Club in 2007.
Sherry's last night tonight at the Fiddle. Everyone raved about her Margaritas, and I couldn't let her leave without having one myself. I took several shots of my margarita, and this one was (I thought) an oops.
My finger was over my flash, hence the pink glow and weird lighting. Upon seeing the shots full size, this one was hands down my favorite. A happy accident indeed!

Oh, just set down the laptop and guess who takes over. Snuffy our cat loves the warmth of the computer. It is cute but I need to kick him off.
I had something to post, so I posted it.
It was either this, or I took yet another Frappuccino picture when I went during Frappy Hour.
"Nothing Good Happens After 2 A.M." ~How I met your Mother
What is your defining characteristic? How dangerous do you think you are? Are you powerful? And do you use your power for good or evil?
It's getting harder to tell.
We ourselves are, our own dangerous little creatures.
Early this morning, some time after 3am, I drifted to sleep. At 4am, my phone started ringing, and I haven't dozed off since.

Today's Project 365 photo is of one of the cockatoos that feed outside my Parent's kitchen window.
There were 3 feeding, but they flew away when the dog ran outside. This one eventually came back.
The cockatoos are having a turf war with the parrots... it looks like the cockatoos are winning despite lacking in numbers.

"These aren't my thoughts, they're my cat walking on the keyboard." ~Anonymous
This is our kitty Lucky. We adopted her in 2007 and she's been with us ever since. Like Chuy, she goes outside to do her business - we don't ever buy cat litter anymore, straight after eating she stands near the door and meows until we let her out. When she's ready to come back in, she just scratches the screen door... She gets along well with Chuy, but she makes sure he knows she's the boss.
I finished my English essay today. Late last night I found out that my professor extended the due date for my essay to Monday, so I have more time :o)
Happy Friday guys :o) I hope you have an awesome weekend and you fit in a catnap or two somewhere in between :o)
Struggled to come up with something, then after trying a few things. I found this beauty waiting for her portrait to be taken.
