Ah, the joys of having a daughter. No matter how often I clean up her toys from the floor, they're almost immediately back there again. I love it though. It gives so much life and color in our home.
Nothing like a relaxed saturday, catching up on almost 2 weeks of project365 uploads, having a couple of beers and cooking for myself. I know it sounds weird, but while I enjoy cooking I seldom get round to it.
When you live alone it's hard to prepare food without a lot of wastage and the Stellenbosch University student centre is a good study in hyper-competition; there are many stores providing food of reasonable to great quality at astoundingly low prices.
When I got an SO I hoped I could cook for us, but as it turned out I usually end up going to her place and scoring FreeFood (tm) prepared by her mother. If you are or were a postgrad student you'd know the value of FreeFood (tm) ;P
Woke up to this. "Doesn't look bad at all, I said to myself." The rest of the city did not agree, it took 2 hours to get to work this morning. We just had this stuff (a lot more actually!) on the ground a few weeks ago an everyone forgot how to drive on it.
My friend Pam and I did some driving in rural Georgia today. This barn was found in Bostwick, GA. It, an old house, and 2 or 3 other abandoned, boarded buildings are about all that remains. There is a small town with a cotton gin, but if you blink you'll miss it.
Today's Project 365 pic is of a single grape that looks like a pair of mis-shaped testicles.
In America they have cereal called Grape Nuts.
This grape is a powerful aphrodisiac.
The bidding will start at $750,000
Yes... this is as exciting as my day will get
Yes my wife made another Bundt Cake. This one is a Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt, made in a silcone pan (her first time using and loved it). I have a feeling I will have a lot of food and kid pics in my 365. And this isn't even around a holiday when she likes baking :)

Today's Project365 pic is of when the F1 circus came to town.
Two Minardi 2 seaters doing laps of Sturt Street.
Thousands of spectators lined the street and were treated to a great show.
Note the F1 guy on the left running from the noise blocking his ears.
I dig jean jackets. They got kind of crazy during the 80s with the heavy metal patches and all that jazz but I'm glad to see them back in the class sense. My wife and kids all have one and I just picked one up recently. Noelle rocks hers with some serious style.
