Project365 Day 33. Approaching 10%!
I cannot recall the detail but IIRC it was a cream, condensed milk and lemon moose topped with meringue.
Our passionfruit vine is now fruiting but there are a couple of flowers on it too - it is quite an unusual flower.
Refer pic # 95B for the same pic converted to sepia.
Day 85: One more photo in my birthday present series. I asked for and received a gorillapod (hoooray!). But my mom can't always remember the name and sometimes calls it the godzillapod.
Today's Project 365 pic is of the Titanic Bandstand in the main street of Ballarat.
It was erected in honour of the Titanic's Band who played while the ship was sinking, in an effort to try to calm the passengers.
I may do another 365 pic of it's Weather Vane another day. It's in the shape of the ill fated vessel.
I love this guys!!! They are good friend of mine, and i really appreciated to be with them in such an exiting and precious moment.God bless your life together!!!
[project365] Today we all went for a drive to visit my family from Dad's side, so they could meet young Evelyn. This was at Burleigh Heads - stopped for a feed and change, as you do. A photographer there helped me with some tips, and suggested this pose.
Today's Project 365 shot is another night shot of Sturt Street in Ballarat.
I quite like the colours, as the statue of Sir Albert Coates (Famous WW2 Doctor www.awm.gov.au/exhibitions/fiftyaustralians/9.asp ) has a purple light, the red of the car's lights and the blue of the walls of the nearby restaurant.
A simple bolted door with significant meaning.
Usually we bolt the door when the last person has come home for the day.
My younger brother moved out of the house today and this was bolted without him.
058 (02.27.2010): no i'm not restarting the chubby gut project. just taking one picture...consider this the "before" shot. time to start getting back in shape! twitter.com/slackluster/status/9653297104
This is my "I'm going on a trip... to Baguio!" outfit. Haha. Kidding. Well, I am wearing this now but it's not what I'm going to use. Hello, the bus is cold. Baguio is cold, and having lived there for four years, I know that this won't stand a chance especially when I arrive at 6am tomorrow.
I'm just trippin'. :P (and the bulges are the buttons, seriously... and it's my brothers' beach shorts.)

an entire gallery of spaceships and "zortians" inspired by ed emberley. we made a gallery for him, framed on his bedroom wall. his face was so proud of his creations. this one in particular was my favorite.
Quite frankly, I'm not a huge fan of this picture. It's not one of my best - I'd even go as far as saying it's one of my worst. But it definitely is a part of my year, and it has a funny story that goes with it. :P
Car Wash:
Okay, so my mom and I went through one of those Circle K car washes. It did the first three cycles, then put more soap on the car. And stopped! The machine broke while we were in it!! :( So we got our money back...and went down the street to one of those fancier, more expensive car washes. This one had a guy who sprays your car with water before you drive in. And as soon as this like 19 year old guy started spraying our car, all this soap suds suddenly appeared. He gave us this funny look, and both of us started hiding our faces. It was really embarrassing!! Haha...
Anyways, he'll probably go home with a story about the two retarded people who had attempted to wash the car themselves, and failed. Then came to the real car wash to get the job finished. At least we probably made his day. :)
Domo admires the view from the skywalk between the OHSU and Portland VA Hospital. You can see the TRAM that we used to get to the building coming up the hill just to DOMO's left. I wish I would have brought my CP to minimize the reflections, oh well.
