Sexta é dia de ser feliz. E nada como uma bela sobremesa pra fazer a gente feliz igual criança. Essa torta de maçã da Dona Bella é de comer ajoelhado, agradecendo o cozinheiro.
Fantastic weather this afternoon for Today's Project 365 photo.
Sunny, slight breeze and a perfect spot to lay in the shade with a book on your face.

This is our kitty Lucky. We adopted her in 2007 and she's been with us ever since. Like Chuy, she goes outside to do her business - we don't ever buy cat litter anymore, straight after eating she stands near the door and meows until we let her out. When she's ready to come back in, she just scratches the screen door... She gets along well with Chuy, but she makes sure he knows she's the boss.
I finished my English essay today. Late last night I found out that my professor extended the due date for my essay to Monday, so I have more time :o)
Happy Friday guys :o) I hope you have an awesome weekend and you fit in a catnap or two somewhere in between :o)

Tara is a good friend of Chiara's (#17), who amongst other things got her into "Stepford Scrapping", or more correctly Creative Memories(tm) which is a network-sold range of premium quality photo album and scrap booking materials. She was over at their place when I got back from having breakfast with Hayden (#115) and Maisie (#116) and so seeing as she was prepared to volunteer I had my portrait for the day - thanks Tara! :-)

Today's Project 365 pic is of something that I never saw in the Batman movies.
It is possible that this is what Alfred drives down to the shops to get groceries for Master Bruce.
Looks like Stately Wayne Manor must have allowed the Monster Truck Mayhem crew borrow it for the weekend for the car crushing extravaganza at the showgrounds this weekend.
Domo watches those that fall asleep on the couch. Seems a bit suspect to me though, I think he's been watching to many vampire movies lately.
Sat and watched the sunset tonight at eh lake for todays Project 365 photo.
As the sun went down, it looked massive on the horizon.
The silhouette is of some of the trees in the Botanical Gardens, taken from 2km across the other side of the lake.
I was experimenting with speeds between 1/250 and 1/1000. I found 1/400 and 1/500 gave the sharpest view of the sun but the fast shutter and high aperture meant the rest of the picture was darker. (hence the extreme cropping of the overly black foreground)
With all the troubles the San Francisco zoo has been having lately, I have to admit that I felt a bit disconcerted when I saw the tail and legs of this guy from out of the corner of my eye.
Day 274: I wanted to do another minimalist shot tonight and as i was going through my shots, this particular one jumped out at me. I like how the edge of the medal is the only thing in focus and barely.
10JUL - This was the most metaphysical rainbow I'd ever experienced.
Maslo and I were talking about big changes, bad times, and that life
will always get better. We turned onto the Burlington bypass and
there it was like a slap in the face.

We walked down to Clement for lunch. You always see interesting things, but this is the first time I have see someone with a pig slung over his shoulder.
A bit of fun at the Vancouver Canuck's fan "party on the plaza" at Roger's Arena a couple of hours prior to the Canucks defeating the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 in the 2nd game of their playoff series.
