NEA Secretary-Treasurer Princess R. Moss, Day 1 of the Representative Assembly at the 157th NEA Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas JULY 4, 2019
While downtown yesterday, I found I had to drive on Princess St. There was a bit of traffic, so I calmly rolled my window down and started to shoot, trusting that I wouldn't be noticed and have angry vendors or their friends expressing their displeasure in a physical manner.
They all ignored me, so I got a few shots.
Another type of drive by shooting.
I handpainted this princess totebag as a flowergirl gift for a customer. I painted the background hot pink with purple polka dots. The princess' dress, tulle, and feathers were requested in purple. Her shoes and crown are silver, and she is holding a wand made from a star jewel button. The feathers are made from a purple boa. I do not usually use feathers this big on a bag, but the local fabric store was out of the lavender in the smaller boas. I just gave this boa a haircut after attaching it to the bag.
On November 27, 2014, Her Royal Highness Princess Margriet of the Netherlands (middle) received the book ‘De Mens achter de Medaille – 100 jaar Rode Kruis onderscheidingen’ (The person behind the medal – 100 years of Red Cross honors) from the president of the Netherlands Red Cross Inge Brakman (right).
It is exactly one hundred years ago since Queen Wilhelmina instituted the Red Cross award by Royal Decree. Prince Henry, the grandfather of Princess Margriet, was the first that was awarded the Cross of Merit for his services to the Red Cross.
The Red Cross is one of the few societies in the Netherlands who may convey an award.
The book tells the story of the 20 people who received the Cross or Medal of Merit of the Red Cross in the past hundred years. Even former prime minister and vice president of the Red Cross Piet de Jong is mentioned. Piet de Jong was honored for his work with the Cross of Merit. “It was an honor to work for a phenomenon like the Red Cross.“
The Cross and the Medal of Merit are still awarded. The chancellor of the Red Cross advises the Board on the award thereof.

Princess passed on several years ago but she was a wonderful friend for many years and I wanted to have her image here on flickr. This is a photo of photo that was taken by a professional photographer. It is mounted with a finish on it and my flash caused the faded look. . . my sister made the quilt.
I present you my two Princess Pirate...
Bellatrix [Lati:Lumi pirate] and Hirstilya [Lati:Léa pirate]
Before developing them in the other universes...I wanted that for this session to create them an atmosphere of hold of boat pirates...
I am not very satisfied with the result but I decided to post all the same photos because my darlings are very beautiful all the same...
Sorry for my very bad english :o~(

Je vous présente mes deux princesses pirates...
Bellatrix [Lati:Lumi pirate] and Hirstilya [Lati:Léa pirate]
