Princess Theatre, Hunstanton. Opened in June 1932 as the Capitol, and designed by local architect Keeble C Allflat of Messrs Courtney & Allflat, the Princess seated 700 in stalls and balcony. A cine-variety house it has a shallow stage with flying. It has had several closures and a period on bingo, but is currently thriving with a mixed theatre and cinema use.

The historic Princess Theatre, located on Whyte Avenue, was built in 1915. The original auditorium, with a balcony, is still much the same as it was originally built.

An intimate 90 seat screening room has been added to the basement. The main auditorium is partially wheelchair accessible (rest rooms are upstairs) but the downstairs theatre is not wheelchair accessible.

It is the only theatre in Edmonton to have a Cry Room. It is a sound-proof viewing room in the main theatre equipped with volume control and a change table; ideal for families.

This is my idea of what to do on a day at sea. The ship was nice, overdecorated for my taste, and had lots to do. There was a basketball court, platform tennis, a running track (ha, ha, ha...) pools and a large spa.

The formal High Tea in the dining room was a bust but the cafe was nice with great views.

The new Royal Princess is a gem of a ship, providing a wonderful and intimate ambience for visiting the world's fascinating destinations. Onboard, you'll delight in many of the trademark features you've come to know on other Princess ships - ScholarShip@Sea courses, fresh-water swimming pools, a casino, exciting nightspots and production shows. But she also boasts her own unique attributes, including fine wood paneling and leather armchairs, a library with over 4,000 titles - one of the best-stocked at sea - al fresco dining on deck and more. And three-quarters of her 355 staterooms offer the extraordinary vantage of your own balcony

When you don't have a bunch of pictures edited and ready to go you dig into the reserve princess pictures which are always perfect straight out of the camera. Well maybe with just a little editing. A Mary Poppins would be perfect (practically) straight out of the camera.

Photo wise there was editing in Photoshop.

I got this in a random Princess Barbie & Horse playset, i no longer have the horse or the doll, i only kept the dress. It is a polyester satin with diamond gold glitter print over skirt and bodice. Front panel is made with gold satin i think with an acetate puff sleeves and collar. It is very low cut.

I plan to eventually sell this dress, along with others on ebay, but not within the next couple of months, i'm trying to restore/complete all dolls/garments before selling.

Mural of Diana, Princess of Wales, in the form of an an angel and painted on a door at the top of a very rickety fire escape stairway, Derby Road

This seems to be the same as the first Zelda sketches, but with brighter colours.

. . . I love the imagination that my Grand Daughter has! Here several of the Disney Princesses are struggling to escape the quicksand they have all mysteriously wandered into! Who knew that the play sand from Brookstone would actually be quicksand?

Have a great last weekend of 2013 Facebook and Flickr friends!
