Pink Dahlia Hortensis
Dahlia is a genus of bushy, tuberous, perennial plants native to Mexico, Central America, and Colombia. There at least 36 species of Dahlia. Dahlia hybrids are commonly grown as garden plants. The Aztecs gathered and cultivated the dahlia for food, ceremony, as well as decorative purposes, and the long woody stem of one variety was used for small pipes.
Dahlia - genere delle Asteraceae, originario del Messico, dove il tubero viene considerato commestibile, comprende una dozzina di specie con innumerevoli ibridi e varietà , hanno radici tuberiformi oblunghe, fusto eretto, spesso legnoso alla base, di altezza variabile tra i 20 cm e i 2 m, foglie grandi composte, formate da 3-5 foglioline dentate, portano fiori semplici o doppi molto decorativi di forma e colori vari.

Early September is a good time to shoot roses in the rose garden in a nearby park. Today's overcast morning and a day off made the perfect time to shoot them. I think I got some good things. Specular light makes getting the right angle really hard, so today's softbox environment was nice.
I took some time to make the "porch" area of our town home a bit "town-homier" by adding some potted plants, a hanging basket of flowers, and a welcome flag. Gives us some great, colorful, and beautiful curb appeal.
It's getting chillier at night here.
I was surprised to see this large fall beauty still blooming bright and blossoming near a window at a restaurant I passed by. It drew me over to take this Pretty In Pink capture!

Menos mal que hoy ha salido el sol y he podido escaparme un rato al Parque Cervantes... es un parque donde en mayo se hace un concurso de rosas, podéis imaginaros cómo se pone de bonito. TodavÃa era pronto, pero todas estas flores son del parque..para quedarse horas con la cámara!
PD. El objetivo 50mm mola pero es puñetero con el enfoque...al menos a mi me está costando bastante ..con las flores ha sido complicado!!

Finalmente consegui finalizar todas as encomendas. Ao todo deram 14/15 kigurumis que fiz nas duas ultimas semanas. Ainda tenho algumas fotos para colocar aqui que eu tirei e não ficaram boas. Amanhã cedo tirarei de novo!
