We have one Dogwood tree on our property and its this pink one. Thankfully it stopped raining long enough on Sunday afternoon for me to get a few shots.

I fear the wet heavy snow last winter has ended the bulk of the chinense. It is broken and beaten, but still able to produce the odd blossom. I think we will cut it right back and see what happens.

Pink Perfection Camellia

I don't know anything about garden flowers, including Roses, but this pale pink one was a rather strange looking one to my eyes. Seemed to be lots of overlapping, pointy layers. This was one of several in a bunch of mixed Roses that I bought from Safeway recently.

It a bit difference as I experience on Flickr. I don't know is it the same for another countries?

Here in the Niagara Region, we have an abundance of fruit trees. Like this peach blossum, Niagara boasts such fruits as apples, pears, plums, nectarines, strawberries, although not on trees ;) and of course, grapes.The wine industry really has taken over as grapes have turned into the number 1 fruit being grown here.

A Pink rose growing in my garden, it's very scented.
