My photo for the day, a little pink Geranium, It looks like a pink fluffy cloud. As much as I am enjoying Project 365 there are days when Im really not in the mood and this is one of them. I have had a busy week at work and just couldnt be bothered. This afternoon I walked out the back door and said that the first flower I spot will be it. So here she is,a very pretty model indeed.

Dug out this ribbon for my "shhhhh" shot & realized it was pink - SCORE! The color is growing on me. I went through a phase where I shunned pink . . . seems silly now (as I'm wearing pink shoes & a pink sweater ;)

Pink stained glass butterfly. I used 4 pieces of pink colored glass and 2 pieces of textured clear glass for hte wings. Non lead body was soldered to wings using the copper foil technique and polished until it shines.

This flower was planted next to a waterfall area at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Coneflowers are very popular in cities and around homes, and the waterfalls probably steal most peoples attention when they walk through this area, but I really like the out of focus gray rock background contrasting with the soft pink petals.
