That one face among a group of people seems to draw me in. Taken a couple of years ago during a hike. I don't know what tags to include. If you think of any, add them.
These are telephoto shots of the animals at Dodge Park in Sterling Heights, Michigan. All are taken with the 40-150 (80-300 35mm equivalent) telephoto kit lens that comes supplied with the Olympus E510.

I hope the colors / brightness / contrast etc. are OK, hard for me to tell on my laptop's mediocre LCD screen.
Southeast Asian culture is strongly connected to the sea. Boats are oftentimes unique windows on the traditional values of the people. Designs are always patterned to cultural styles and demands. For the the Mekong Delta boats, an unusual feature is a pair of lurking eyes painted on the bow. Whether from the side or straight upfront, the eyes look at you, staring, and perhaps to the passengers, guiding.

Part 2 of Briana's maternity's photo shoot this past weekend with family included. Here's her son Nolen 18 mos old peeking at her belly looking for baby brother. Super cute. I love how he's trying to stand on his teepee-toes to peek.

Taken at Woodland Park Zoo. Just got the perfect timing as the anaconda decides to peek its head out of the water.
May Load Day 5, Distressing. I took all the papers except the blue background and crumpled them up in balls, then sanded all the edges. The only ink is the white on the blue cardstock because it didn't have a white core so I hand inked the edges with a white gel pen.
A Golden-crowned Sparrow was playing Peek-a-boo with me. It did this several times, glancing over to see what I was doing.

I think I overdid it on posting yellow jacket photos! Oh well, this one so reminds me of boys. Curious, checking it out, intent on what he is doing.
I pushed an entry usually locked and had a peek on this.
