Whilst visiting my mum on Sunday we took in a walk at Brean Down. We have been wanting to do this walk for a while now, after viewing from across the water at Weston Super Mare. But it is best avoided in the height of the tourist season, as you have to drive through a vast holiday caravan park. You then have to climb up a steep set of steps to access the walk itself. Imagine our surprise whilst walking up the main hill we spotted this sight! It was wonderful to find a herd of White Park Cattle living right at the top. It is an incredible place, full of history.

Haji Lane, located in Singapore’s Kampong Glam, is one of the most fascinating and authentic neighborhoods in the Lion City. Filled with quirky shops, local eateries and shisha bars, it is also a real haven for art and culture lovers: the street’s facades are both historical, with typically South Asian architecture, and dynamic, decorated with bright colors and, occasionally, street art. We explore the history and culture of the unique Haji Lane. - Web

I had to pick up family in San Francisco Thursday morning so I decided to kill two birds with one stone and take some pictures! It was an unseasonably warm week and knowing that I figured there would be a good chance of fog. I've been wanting to get shots like these for the longest time but each trip I make to the city is a bust (in the fog's regard at least). I was very grateful to get good conditions this time! Too bad the fog wasn't just a LITTLE bit lower though.

If you take from nature, please give something back. Explored March 31, 2009...tic toc wait for the midnight clock! Poof gone, but thank you all!

Maybe a little lavender, but more blue to me!

This animal is the cutest panda of them all. He certainly played peek a boo with everyone this day, very hard to capture. Probably just shy.

This was originally the site of the Mudcura Sanitarium, a world-famous spa that was opened in 1909 and operated until 1951.

Per MNOpedia, in 1951, the sanitarium was sold to the Black Franciscans, Order of Friars Minor Conventual, from Louisville, Kentucky. They named it Assumption Seminary and the site became linked with both the Colleges of St. Catherine and St. Thomas in St. Paul.

The Seminary remained in operation until 1970 and then sat vacant for many years, becoming a popular hangout for teens and other thrill seekers. The main building burned and was demolished in 1997.

The land is now home to a Minnesota DNR Scientific & Natural Area that protects the rare calcareous fen that is now the star of the show here.

A female leopard pops around a tree, and I in turn hid behind my camera to snap some shots.

Thanks for looking!

Just trying out some different foundations and concealers in anticipation of cooler fall weather when I can actually step outside without it all melting off! Hope you’re all staying cool! (A short video hello next up! 🙋‍♀️)

This guy was watching over the activity from his perch on top of this shed. He'd just peek over to make sure everything was OK.

Peeking through, trying to see to the other side, trying to see what is there, and not quite able to do it... You're still making it all fuzzy..

I caught a flash of gold out of the corner of my eye. When I turned my camera in that direction, I found this cutie peeking at me partially hidden by leaves. It posed long enough for me to get a shot, then it disappeared into the shrubbery.

Met this young lady while her mother was busy in another conversation so she played peek-a-boo with me behind a stack of white table tops. One of my favorite impromptu portraits.
