Just when you think that you had all you can take something peeks out to brighten your day! The sun breaks through and soon it will be spring time in you heart once again!!!
Have a great day, my friends!!!
The kittens and chickens are mingling just fine. This is Dunkan, playing peek-a-book with one of the hens. At one point today, I found all five kittens and that many hens in the open garage all together.

Peek-a-poo you say?
Well, as is the case with white streaks of owl droppings on tree trunks, you can often find treefrogs around your house by looking for poo streaks. Here you can see this guy was pretty well hidden under the 2" Schedule 80 CPVC scratch protector on my boat rack, but the poo trail gave it away.
Cumbres and Toltec #484 peeks around the wall of stone at Rock Tunnel high above Toltec Gorge. This was during the 'Toltec Rattler' photo charter.

The weather has been atrocious here the past couple days. I went outside not expecting to see much in the way of bug life, but came across this little one hunkered down in a flower sheltering from the wind.
A Manhattan-bound (N) train peeks through the mess of structural steel at the east end of the Queensboro Bridge. The abandoned trackways here led to the now demolished BMT side of Queensboro Plaza. Trains now use the IRT side only, with (N) and (W) trains arriving where IRT trains to the 2nd Avenue El formerly did.
