While visiting some family in the PNW, I was playing Peek-A-Boo with one of the littlest in the family . He is 2 years old and so fun!

I couldn't find Josey in the store anywhere. Then I heard little giggles coming from a shelf, and found her hiding inside this lovely wooden wine case! She thinks it's a perfect Blythe box!

There are lots of chicks on the Cliffs at Bempton now, but sometimes you have to look really carefully to spot some of them. This Razorbill chick gave itself away just peeking from under the adults wing.
Finally! The elusive Kagebo peak (6740m) of the Meili Snow Mountain! View from Feilaisi. Isn't it beautiful?
Located in Deqin County bordering Yunnan and Tibet, Meili Snow Mountain has 13 peaks . At 6740m, Kagebo is the main peak. This peak tops the list of the Eight Holy Mountains for the Tibetans. Every year, thousands of pilgrims from Tibet, Qinghai, Sichuan and Gansu come here to pay homage to the mountain. The peak remains unconquered because of its precipitous cliffs, frequent avalanches, thick fog and cloud, heavy rain and storms.

My 6yo daughter took this video, so it's a bit shaky. Lucie does this all the tiime. She likes to stick her head in my pant leg too. Goofy girl!
The sun rising over some low cloud this morning. Now there is not a cloud in the sky and it is a balmy 25°C.
With such a vast display of poppies it is easy to in amongst them.
No doubt see the crowds again tomorrow.
After a 5 hour journey uphill and meeting Amtrak, the Roseville to North Platte manifest reveals itself as it starts its downhill descend at Andover, CA. One EMD SD70ACe and 2 GEs peeks out as it approaches a 2 track tunnel with Coldstream Canyon on the other side of the portal.
