Spying squirrel ou écureuil jouant à la marmotte, qui veut réellement savoir si le printemps est arrivé!

Happy Teddy Bear Tuesday! This was a concept shot I've had in my head for quite some time and finally had a chance to rearrange the furniture and shoot it. Playing more with my flash off camera today. I used the flashlight on my phone to slightly illuminate the box the bear is peeking into. The tree is finally going down today so I guess I have to be done with holiday images. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Prompt: A small kitten peeking its head out from behind a door, with curious eyes and soft fur. The door is slightly ajar, and the kitten's head is just visible, its expression full of wonder and playfulness. The scene is detailed, capturing the innocence and charm of the kitten in a cozy, inviting atmosphere --ar 1:1 --v 7

Framed underneath a cut of covered hoppers is BNSF's Denver, Colorado to Laurel, Montana manifest led by C44-9W No. 4618 that is seen going through Highland, Colorado on a chilly December 13, 2015 afternoon. The train will meet its counterpart at Longs Peak.

Bat-eared foxes (otocyon megalotis) often use self-dug dens to shelter from extreme temperatures during the day. This animal was doing just that in a particularly arid part of The Kalahari, in Botswana. I was pleased that this fox chose to peek out from its den and take a look at us. Long Eared owl in a haze of bluebells from my recent photoshoot at the British Wildlife Centre.

I'm not sure I like how the processing on this one turned out, but it's a companion shot of sorts to the previous post.

Enjoy you Sunday, and thanks for looking!

A shy Marten peeks over the snow to investigate a curious sound.

While out in Algonquin this winter photographing a few of my favorite wildlife of the season. The hope for a Pine marten is always high, and usually they do show up if you are patient. This one waste no time and I caught this shot of him/her peeking over the snow bank. I hung around for awhile to continue photographing this beauty and enjoying the company.

When I spotted this Muscovy Duck at the edge of the lake it was wide awake and mingling with some other ducks that were there.

But as we approached it seem to go into this napping posture as if it wanted nothing to do with us, peeking over its shoulder as we passed by, pausing only briefly to grab a few shots of it and the lake, and then kept going.

A few days ago I noticed a beautiful squirrel playing on the top of our fence, Armed with my 400mm lens, I got close as I could not to scare it away. As I was capturing the moment, the Squirrel was playing "Peek a Boo" with me, thanks you my friend for your wonderful pose.

National Forest of Kabini in South India. A young tigress is playing with my lens. We have been the first car in the morning that found her and we spend 10 minutes with her alone.

Mount Rainier played peek-a-boo with me for almost an hour as clouds swept over the peak. The mountain was completely hidden from the Reflection Lakes area and the water surface was choppy due to the wind. It was a nice day for a drive though, as most of the smoke from the fires had cleared.

Our Mock Orange bush is now in full bloom and smells amazing. A real treat as we walk by.
