Join us for a State House briefing on this critical issue. The Act FRESH zoning reform working group in collaboration with Partners HealthCare is hosting this event to highlight the important relationship between public health and land use. Come learn how local planning and updated zoning codes can improve the livability of Massachusetts communities and lead to better health for residents of all ages.
Speakers will include Sen. James Eldridge, representatives from the Act FRESH leadership team, and community leaders from Revere, Holyoke, Lawrence and the Pioneer Valley. Participants will be encouraged to speak with their own legislators following the event.
Special thank you to Partners HealthCare for hosting this event!
Not perfectly happy with this, It seems to me the partners get lost in the shot. Would love to hear about possible fixes. Please tell me what you think.
Thanks for looking.

On the first day of presentations, nine of the 16 emerging leaders took to the podium to present their Action Plans – unique projects and programs they had been preparing for three weeks while at their mentoring sites. The women were joined by their mentors and others partners from their organizations. The Action Plans ranged from new foundations to physical fitness and disability sport programs to community-centered initiatives. Afterwards, the Emerging Leaders relaxed at Cosmic, a restaurant with pizza and pingpong.
