"Skippy" is my AQHA palomino stallion. He was a wedding gift from my husband in 2000. We bought him at 2 weeks of age, brought him home at 4 months and showed in 2001, ending the year as the ETHSA 2001 Grand Champion Stallion. He is well-mannered and solid - from breeding to showing, riding, roping, trailing young horses, he is the MAN. This photo was taken at the FFA Booster Club Show recently, where he placed 1st and Grand. As you can see, he fully supports me and will do whatever I ask of him. He is leaning in this photo to hold me, as I am sliding from the show sheen he is covered in. He was the star of the day! Everyone was taken by his manners as we walked among the other horses that day and he never acted like a stallion among the mares. Lots of photos where taken of him and one breeding booked. He is enrolled in the AQHA Incentive Fund program for the 2010 season. I am so thankful for my gift and that nine years later he still makes me proud!

I owned this Canon PowerShot S2 IS for a couple of months, sold it to a former colleague and upgraded to the (then) newer S3 IS. It had a rather tiny 1.8 inch LCD display which would be too small for me to view today.
Gone are the days where I could read the information from such a tiny LCD display without reading glasses.

Polymer clay bracelet, inspired by the types of cookies you can find in a Finnish store (2012)
Materials: polymer clay beads made into the likeness of cookies found in Finnish stores (like Domino, Ballerina, Doris and Jaffa) as well as strawberry chocolate cake and a pink cupcake, two left over plastic beads, chain made out of "inherited" links, and an "inherited" clasp.
Unusual to see a chapel with a red door AND a bright green drainpipe !
It goes against the normal dull colours associated with medieval buildings of that age, the sort of thing the Vicar of Dibley would do to her church :-)
The message in a nutshell. This event was sponsored by the local utilities of the town of Wil SG in Switzerland. Besides the exhibition, there were lectures later on, and some sandwiches and orange juice afterwards. The mayor was here and held a lecture too, of course.
