Working my brand new outfit bought for me by my close friend Alex.

The Thames Barrier Park is in the Eastern part of London out past Canary Wharf. The barriers were built in the late 70's early 80's to help with tidal floods from the Thames into London. This is something that has been problematic for London since its development as a settlement years ago.

I first found out about the project while seeing pictures of it online while doing research for my thesis project in school. You can actually see a sketch I did while researching that i posted several years ago on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/wizum/67571559/in/set-1458801/).

It was really great to actually finally see this place and experience it first hand. And of course it was nice to show Jess just one more place she had never been to... in the city she lives in :)

Today I was stuck in the house waiting for a parcel so I finally stopped being lazy and re-dyed my hair.

I'm naturally blonde and most people are like "WHY?" when they find out. I don't know, I've been various shades of blonde & brown but I always miss being ginger.

The perks of shooting out the whole night is that you don’t need to wake up early to catch the sunrise ! After chasing the perseids over a night, it was well worth stopping by at Jonsrud Viewpoint. With a view like this, just a few steps from the parking, this view never disappoints !

It was quite cold for a summer morning, the sun was coming up in the horizon and kissing the valley with its golden light. And as if to respond the blanket of fog started rolling, without haste to reveal the Sandy river below. This is what I saw, as I walked out that mid summer early morning !!!

I love how kevin looks in this picture. I love clear it is too.

Doesn't he look hot? I think so :)

One final picture from our search last weekend. Actually its a panoramic made up of six pictures that shows the starting point of our search. I think I have made better panoramics then this one however I like this one because you can see some of the friends of the missing man on the cliffs watching the searchers below.

The sun was just out of the frame to the top right which made matching the lighting in the six pictures very difficult.

There is no doubt that the tablet market is rapidly evolving and it consequently influences the kiosk sector. Our latest example of this development is an out-of-the-box kiosk solution that solely uses a commercial tablet instead of a screen and a computer as most often seen.

The kiosk has a inbuild tablet with a 18,5" multi-touch screen, WIFI, front camera, USB ports, it runs an Android operating system and has a standard player that can autoplay content such as videos, picture slideshows etc. The tablet is attached by a VESA mounting system inside the kiosk.

We have used our flexible aluminium profile system and designed the kiosk to enclose and support the tablet device. This kiosk has been designed in two different models, one model with an integrated keyboard and another one without.

In some cases an all-in-one solution like this offers a price-attractive alternative to a traditional commercial kiosk.

Contact us on sales@digi-kiosk.dk and find out how we can help you, with your next kiosk project.
