Update:
After some information from Nathan Rigby, I was able to find out about a council owned minibus depot in Old Swan. After looking at the minibus depot on google maps it looks like this minibus is based from there, as all the minibuses parked up in the minibus depot on google maps looked like this one. Still can’t be for sure though.

This 1997 Mercedes 814 was seen parked amongst multiple other horseboxes at Rockrose Equestrian Sports Centre, near East Linton, Scotland. While not always especially interesting, horsebox lorries tend to be considerably old and rare, one example being this 27 year old Mercedes. The vehicle is marked as SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification) subsequent to failing an MOT test in May 2023. Coincidentally, May 2023 was when the Google car last drove past this location, and the 814 can be seen on Street View parked in exactly the same position as now - it appears to have been unused for almost two years.
