During our tour of B Reactor at Hanford Nuclear Reservation, we spent time in the Control Room. The tour participants had the option of trying out the Operator chair. The Operator job was so stressful and so important, operators worked for one hour shifts. They felt the weight of the fate of the nation on their heads as this plant produced the plutonium used to bomb Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Not to mention that since this was the first nuclear production facility in the world, all systems were new and untried.
Recently, I was asked to do some employee shots for Identity Group. This is one of the shots we got.
This gentleman is a press operator for Identity Group's Redi-Tag branch.

A mystery this one. Bedford YMP Plaxton Paramount 3200 C431 RJR was found on an industrial estate in either King's Lynn or Dereham with Crusader Coaches names. The livery belongs to TM Travel and it is known to have spent two years with operators on Merseyside, one of which traded as Crusader but there was a further owner change at the start of 2005 tying in with this view in May of that year so who had it when I saw it in Norfolk? What I do know is that it was new to Marton, Heathrow, as C809 TLF.
