light painting with fractalius

New baseball boot with multicolour choice HUD. This one is my personal fave. P.S. this is an in-world shot - though I had to fake it a bit my merging 2 shots - one with DOF and one without. SL's DOF is soooo short for close up on small objects.

More straight out of the camera faffing about at Collywell bay. This time with a bit of colour. Notably low on the yellow, as the batteries on the LEDs were starting to go, and for some reason, yellow is always the first to drop out, turning to red. Not sure why that is.

I just could not resist these recycled colouring pencils...

And had some fun with them in the studio, another series of graphic favourites.

Especially love the colour EXPLOSION, lol

Wishing you a day full of good light and thank you for your visit, M, (*_*)

Got a ridiculous set of LEDs, I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would want a disc of RGB LEDs with a load of pre-programmed patterns, but seeing as how they exist, they had to be fixed to a stick and waved at a camera.

Did a bit of RAW conversion to bring out the detail in the LED disc.

Trachelospermum - Star Jasmine, Confederate Jasmine, is a genus of evergreen woody vines in the dogbane family Apocynaceae, first described as a genus in 1851. All species are native to southern and eastern Asia. Tricolour is a favourite for its versatility and year round colour. Grown as a twining low ground cover, or as a climber up a trellis. Can be clipped to an effective tight low hedge. Variegated pink-cream evergreen leaves, highly scented white starry flowers in spring and summer. 3216

I had previously photographed a glass "mile fliori" and when looking through my photos I saw an eye and this elongated head of a snake .... so I added the forked tongue.

Sometimes colours still surprise me. I thought the sangria felt out of place in this colour combination but after it all came together, it just seems to be perfect! So pleased with this blend!

This wig turned out to be LOVE.

View through the glorious multicolored windows at a magnificently renovated Shopping Mall.

Striking contrast and multicolours. Ornamental kale plants (Brassica oleracea) and their cousin, the ornamental cabbage, were developed for their spectacular colors and are not edible. Although they are sometimes called flowering kale, the plants rarely put out real flowers. The color is all in their extravagantly ruffled and feathered leaves. 17580

I know clouds and sunrises aren't really fashionable, but I was blown away by the sunrise the other morning and felt that it should be captured.

The giraffe (Giraffa) is an African artiodactyl mammal, the tallest living terrestrial animal and the largest ruminant. It is traditionally considered to be one species, Giraffa camelopardalis, with nine subspecies. However the existence of up to eight extant giraffe species have been described, based upon research into the mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, as well as morphological measurements of Giraffa. The giraffe's chief distinguishing characteristics are its extremely long neck and legs, its horn-like ossicones, and its distinctive coat patterns. It is classified under the family Giraffidae, along with its closest extant relative, the okapi. Its scattered range extends from Chad in the north to South Africa in the south, and from Niger in the west to Somalia in the east. Giraffes usually inhabit savannahs and woodlands. Their food source is leaves, fruits and flowers of woody plants, primarily acacia species, which they browse at heights most other herbivores cannot reach. They may be preyed on by lions, leopards, spotted hyenas and African wild dogs. Giraffes live in herds of related females and their offspring, or bachelor herds of unrelated adult males, but are gregarious and may gather in large aggregations. Males establish social hierarchies through 'necking', which are combat bouts where the neck is used as a weapon. Dominant males gain mating access to females, which bear the sole responsibility for raising the young. 26556

I don't usually take pics of garden flowers - but I liked the colour mix of these ornamental primroses in Leek Cemetery, Staffordshire

I love the colours, set-up, textures, euuuhh, everything!

Just some fun with pencils/props and lights in the studio, always the same... one idea sparks off another...

I love being a creative, it is the spice of (my) life.

I cannot imagine 'not' having it...

I used recycled pencils for this image.

I cannot resist the, spotted a funky rubber to go with them, made the compositions in my head, right there!

So colourful and attractive?

The child in me. I still LOVE to write in pencil, it brings out my best handwriting!

Hope this makes you smile and have a wonderful day and thank you, as always, for your visit, so very much appreciated, Magda, (*_*)

A Slinky is a toy pre-compressed helical spring invented by Richard James.

It can perform a number of tricks, including travelling down a flight of steps end-over-end as it stretches and re-forms itself with the aid of gravity and its own momentum.

I kept seeing new angles, I had such fun with them. LOL

More great fun from Studio Indigo.

With love to you and thank you for ALL your faves and comments, M, (* _ *)

I love the subtle colours of beach glass. Mainly from Barmouth earlier this year, this is a small collection kept on a scallop shell.

Didn't realise I was taking multiple selfies :-) How weird. Just as well it was low light, and very grainy. Early morning.
