These are the orphans and disadvantage kids being instructed by one of only a handful of the original dance instructors. It's probably the 2nd most photographed school in Phnom Penh beside the Royal Ballet Academy since it's near the ouskirt of the capital city. Called Apsara Art Association, run by a former dancer (Ms Vong Metrei, not in this pic), a perfect example of how this ancient tradition is handed down through generations of the Khmer people. Got to find out the name of this old timer.
Masters store located on Thompsons Road near the South Gippsland Highway intersection which is one of 18 stores in Victoria for the Woolworths-Lowes (USA) joint venture in hardware. Opened in 2015 it was built within the Cranbourne Homemaker Centre immediately next door to an established Bunnings store. Heavy losses against incumbent rival Bunnings in part due to an aggressive expansion (often next to Bunnings stores such as this one) and low sales have seen Woolworths abandon the category altogether and announce closure of the chain by early December 2016 with a liquidation sale starting August of the year. These shots were taken early in the closing down sale.
The stores (including several development sites) have been sold to Home Consortium who will reconfigure the sites to a combination of Spotlight, Anaconda, JB Hi Fi, The Good Guys and Woolworths supermarkets. Rival Bunnings will take over 15 of the 61 stores open. Liquidation is being carried out by the Great American Group with evidence seen in the large 'STORE CLOSING' and 'GOING OUT OF BUSINESS' signs more commonly seen in the closing of large stores in the United States.

On the weekend of November 20-21, 2010, I was invited to photograph the new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas prior to their opening December 15, 2010 in Las Vegas NV.
This set of images represents my efforts that weekend to showcase this newest resort property opening up on the Las Vegas Strip. Thanks to David Scherer from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for showing me around, to Miiko Mentz at Katalyst Films for helping to arrange the shoot, and to my wife for modeling for me.

1. I run about 25km a night in my great Wodent Wheel
2. When she gives me a dried mealworm sometimes I forget my shyness and eat it out of her fingers... they're so delicious!
3. I put my food into my Wodent Wheel because that makes such a nice noise... but she is sometimes a little upset about that xD
4. When I get my food I crawl into my food dish to find the best pieces ;)
5. Millet, dried mealworm and tomato are my favorites
6. I don't want to sleep in a house. I built myself beautiful caves in the litter
7. Half of the time I walk under the litter buildung tunnels...then she only can hear me...
8. I'm a really fast guy. Sometimes too fast to be seen...
9. Beside my toilet, I pee in my huge sandbath and into my Wodent Wheel
10. I'm not the smallest robo man...She says I need to get weight again... when I came to her I weighed 30grams.

The three day weekend was my chance to get this little project out the way. Which is exactly what it took to get it done, not including Friday night fishing and a Saturday birthday party. Half a day to strip it down, half a day to lay flooring and another day to paint (probably could have done it in a half day without chasing around a toddler).
The room was illuminated with three vivtars using radio syncs. One on right pointed up, one behind the bedpointed up/left with a diffuser and pillow on top and another hand held pointed up and to the left. Lens was 10mm.
