A 'skin rejuvenation mask' at a fashion exhibition in Tokyo. Used the GroovyDish for the first time; it makes soft wraparound light with the convenience of on-camera flash.
There is more than one interpretation of 'mask' in Japan, because it could refer to the 'public face, private face' ethos, where you are never sure what someone's true feelings are; or it could also refer to the visual similarity between this and the Noh theatre makeup which resembles a mask.
