Students from Grifton School received an in-depth look at Greenville's firefighting and EMT services as part of the 2022 Grow Local program on Thursday, March 31. Students were able to get hands-on experience with paramedics, CPR, firefighting apparatus, firefighting PPE, and technical rescue during their time at Greenville's Fire/Rescue training center at Station 6.
Grow Local, organized by the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, is an exciting initiative where Pitt County businesses open their doors to host local middle and high school students, providing them an experience to introduce, involve, inspire and invest in students and young adult lives. Este proyecto parte de la valentía del Gobierno de la Nación, y en concreto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, al plantear este debate tan necesario sobre la delimitación de competencias entre administraciones y así evitar las duplicidades y conseguir el ahorro y la austeridad en el sector público. Desde la Comunidad de Madrid hemos manifestado nuestro apoyo a los principios de esta Ley y hemos señalado que para que salga adelante y sea viable debe estar vinculada a la próxima reforma del sistema de financiación autonómica que caduca dentro de poco más de un mes.

"The National Air Force Museum of Canada, formerly known as the RCAF Memorial Museum, is an aviation museum dedicated to preserving the history of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and is located on the west side of CFB Trenton in Trenton, Ontario. Opened April 30, 1984 on the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the RCAF, it is home to a large collection of RCAF aircraft and artifacts."

Unrenumbered former BN SD40-2 #8013 has just arrived at Springfield with the East Local - M-SPMSPM. The East Local is a turn job that works the Cuba Sub as far as necessary (possibly Dixon). This is an off day for the South Local and an example of the power utilization for the jobs around Springfield.
