The grocery store I shop at is big on local products. Yay for them! And yay for me for shopping there.
Also, nothing in the store has trans fats (bye bye Tiger's Milk bars). Who needs 'em!?!
He was sitting in the shade during our trip to Vaitape, the main city in Bora Bora. There is a huge socio-economic gap between tourists (who pay tens of thousands of dollars to vacation here) and the locals who literally live in poverty.
I was ashamed to see that the big resort corporations have not given back to the culture that is deemed "the most beautiful island in the world."

The company name is for the geological area marking the northern limits of the growing area of the York River in Gloucester County, Virginia. The grow area has a mid-salinity range of about 18ppt.

if you're ever down Clarendon Street in South Melbourne, you will see Pedro on his stroller sipping coffee out of a saucer at the corner cafe with his owner. while a nice chatty old woman approached us and lit her cigarette, she began the tale of her beloved dog 'Pedro', who has developed arthritis at his old age, but still very sociable. this is Pedro... the little south melbourne dog and masa trying to carefully carry him for the shot.
