I finally drove to Mt. Greylock! It was underwhelming.
However, some of the views as you drive up are pretty great, including this one, where the hiking trail meets the road for all the lazy drivers like me who use their sedan instead of their legs.
We don't play with these as intended, much better to line 'em up and knock 'em down!
First upload using my new Sony A99! Unfortunately, reduced to 10mp as my one and only macro true macro lens is APS-C and so not (totally) compatible with Full Frame! Still getting to grips with the camera too, bit of a beast hand held!

The Victoria Harbour Seawall or Breakwater at sunset. It is a nice place to walk on a beautiful day Two shot panorama.
This shot show the Goldeneye Ducks swimming in a long line in the cold ocean water which they seem to favour in our winter. In the background are the snow covered mountains of Vancouver Island which is quite far away, and for those not familiar with Vancouver in BC, it is NOT part of Vancouver. Victoria is the main city on an island on the Pacific Coast and it is CALLED Vancouver Island.
A Bakerloo Line train of 1972 stock arrives at Kensal Green on the Up 'dc' line. Through the Down tunnel on the left can be glimpsed a London Overground train for Watford Junction beginning the long curve round Willesden electric depot.

I lived in Port Ewen NY around 2004. There was a deli down the street that made excellent BECs. They still do.
Out of line, out of step, marching to a different beat....
and refusing to grow up...
yeah, this being an adult thing is not working for me at all...
I think I’m done with it.
Started the day with a piggy back ride at work. Can’t remember the
last time that happened (if ever). Can’t even remember how that actually came about.
Next, one of the managers walked into the stockroom and found me with my cell
phone taking pictures of another one of my co-workers as he stood in front of me with
an absolutely hideous Darth Vader doll, saying, “Torrie, I am your father.” The result is
a blurry, but amusing photo of my friend with the manager in the background with a strange
look on his face. I love it!! He had actually come in and said, “I heard you have pictures from
your visit to Clifton on Tuesday. I want to see the one of the platter.” That was a dig because
I accidentally sent our 01 manager a picture of my empty breakfast platter along with the
photos of the work we were doing. I didn’t realize that until I got home. Oops!!
(Anyone that gets text messages
from me knows that I have an issue with this.... “Oh! Sorry! That wasn’t for you!!”)
I’m only glad that he
didn’t get the original photo of my breakfast on Kohls, before I ate it, which was actually on TWO
platters. The final instruction I got about eating out was simply... don’t order lobster. And I didn’t (because I don’t like lobster anyway).
And before I left, someone told me that they had found the perfect box... to ship me, and possibly Sharon at the same time, to
anywhere we’d like to go. And the manager will be happy to seal the box and address it. (yes, it is amazing that I still have a
job and the nerve to tell the managers how lucky they are to have me (us)!) So, I’m thinking about where I’d like to be shipped.... somewhere with
a beach.... or maybe Neverland!
