The LS&I U25C's spent quite a few winters on the SOO. 2501 is working the west end of the yard at Trout Lake on 2-25-79 before backing around the wye and heading for Marquette.
The 3Tilden heads back to the mine, the clouds have been moving in since just after lunch, and shortly we'll call it a day and head back to Green Bay.

Whatever your thoughts on converting classic buses into mobile homes, it has to be admitted that this Bristol LS coach is a tidy job. My long standing friend Norman Lovatt once converted a Southern Vectis LH into a similar motor home and as such it still exists, maybe the converting is a good thing if it prolongs the life of a bus which might otherwise have fallen by the wayside.
