For over 3-1/2 decades this 1948 Fairmont M19F motorcar has called the Mast home, it's home - that changed yesterday. It was manufactured by Fairmont Railway Motors in March 1948 and sold to the Virginian Railway. It was delivered in a C&NW boxcar to Page, West Virginia, fast forward 37 years to when I purchased it for scrap price from the Norfolk & Western Railroad out of their maintenance yard in Bellevue, Ohio. Now 37 years later - it has left our home for a new one not far from Page, West Virginia. Out of the hundreds of images I took of her all over the country, this is one of my favorites on the Lake Superior & Ishpeming ore dock in Marquette, Michigan under the old steam era water tank in August of 1994. So long old friend, we shared a ton of miles and great times and now I am happy you finally went home.

Honestly the best looking Lexus I have ever seen! This car in person just looks amazing.
3.5L engine with 359bhp.
Only 42 LS 500Hs in the UK so far which is strange.. then again these are around £90,000.
I'm a little to young to have shot LS&I in this scheme although I do remember it. 1804 looks to be off line on lease to someone(maybe CP or DT&I) in this shot from my collection. No photographer listed to credit and no location just the Kodak date stamp of February 1966 and LS&I 1804 on the slide. Chuck Schwesinger collection.
