The LED Strip was made by Flexible Printed Circuit Board and SMD 5050 Top RGB LED. The LED is even, large and high brightness lighting effect. Also it is soft and easy bended for installation. The cutting unit is 50mm and 3 pieces LED per group, so you could cut a different length for your project and request. The LED strip could have different color (red, yellow, Pink……) and programs include single color holding, color charge at the same time and gradual change. Everyone has a story to tell. Local author Denise Michelle Harris led a novel writing workshop at the Hayward Main Library on May 18, 2009.
Denise Michelle Harris is the author of Sweet Bye-Bye, a bestselling "Christian Chick Lit" novel. Christian Chick Lit books have characters who go through the same daily trials and tribulations as everyone else, while trying to stay true to their Christian faith. This sub-genre is growing quickly and getting very popular.
The workshop was designed for general fiction writers. Denise Michelle Harris shared tips on starting -- and finishing -- a novel, and led workshop participants in several writing exercises. In a Q&A, she shared stories about how she came to write and publish her first novel.
Denise Michelle Harris's inaugural novel Sweet Bye-Bye earned its place on the Amazon.com top-seller list only two weeks after its debut and also found a home among Walden Books' African American Best Sellers. She holds a Masters Degree in Creative Writing from New College of California.
In August 2005, Harris coordinated and presented a benefit she titled "The Sweet Bye-Bye Clothing Drive." This fundraiser is now in its fourth year and has received hundreds of donations of clothing and accessories for the Alameda County, “Wardrobe For Success Clothes Closet” benefiting the Welfare-to-Work Program, and other low-income job seekers.

LED Ceiling Lighting in Singapore
Looking for LED ceiling light? The type of lighting you pick for your home can make or break the ambience you seek to achieve. Lighting is one of the most important pieces of decor as it is the most functional. Besides adding an ambience to the house, it helps to facilitate daily tasks after sunset or in areas where natural light is sparse. Certain types of lighting can also add aesthetic value to your home while creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The main three types of lighting are fluorescent, incandescent and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Fluorescent and incandescent lightings have been on the market for a long time but LEDs are one of the rapidly developing light technologies that have become renowned for their energy efficient qualities. LEDs are different from fluorescent and incandescent lightings because they emit almost no heat when lighted whereas incandescent and fluorescent lightings emit up to 80% of their energy as heat. LED lights can also emit different colours depending on the material it is made of.
LEDs are more popularly used residentially as recessed down lights, portable desk lighting, under-cabinet lights and holiday lights. Recessed down lights are ceiling lights that are commonly used in the living, dining and kitchen area. LEDs are directional and the light produced is like that of a flashlight, making it very suitable for lighting up rooms where many activities are performed. Besides ceiling lights, LEDs can also be used for under-cabinet lights in the kitchen or dressing area. It is estimated that residential LEDs use at least 75% less energy than incandescent lightings and last 25% longer as well. This translates to a considerably large amount of utilities savings if one were to pick LED lightings over incandescent lightings for lights that are subject to prolonged use.
Ceiling lights, also known as recessed down lights, are often used to light up big rooms such as the living or dining area or even bedrooms. Ceiling lights tend to be used for long periods of time to keep the house bright at night so that tasks can be performed with ease. Therefore the electrical consumption of such ceiling lights can chalk up pretty high each month. LEDs for ceiling lights will definitely be a better option than incandescent lightings. Moreover in humid Singapore, LED lights will be better appreciated for its low heat emission compared to incandescent lights.
It is important to perform simple maintenance on lighting fixtures every 3-6 months to keep lighting efficiency at its optimum. When lamps and bulbs start to age or when dirt starts to collect on the surfaces of lighting, overall light levels emitted from the light source can be reduced considerably although the lighting is still drawing the same amount of energy. Therefore one should remember to wipe the bulbs and surfaces of lights free of dust with a wet cloth and to change the light lenses when they start to yellow. Performing these simple maintenance procedures will ensure that your home is being lighted efficiently at all times.
