Kitchen Hopping = Learning about food and cooking from locals in their own kitchens
For prosperity, I've taken a shot of our finished kitchen make-over. I don't usually bother with interior stereographic projections; small rooms make it very difficult to reduce parallax issues, but this one came out reasonably well.. only a few patch-ups to look okay.
The before shot. It's all in a bit of a mess at the moment having had the builders in this week, but it's already looking completely different.

Last night, I had an accident in the kitchen...
... I was making Kevin a special drink, my own raspberry lime rickey, blended with ice. So I pressed frozen raspberries through a strainer to get just the juice out and blended that with lime juice, sugar, and ice to make a fizzy, icy, sour drink. I gave Kevin the drink. Later, after we'd been sitting in the living room for an hour or so, he walked into the kitchen and saw this. I guess I just set the little strainer down on the counter, the raspberries that were left melted and emitted a lot of juice.
It looked so beautiful (and gruesome), I couldn't resist photographing it.
