The kitchen of the abandoned Northrup Farmhouse. A vandal had broken the back door off it's hinges. Not much damage inside fortunately.
Four SB-80s: One handheld STU just CL, one wall/ceiling bounce CR, one on floor bounced off far side of island, one bounced high off wall to the left in dining room.
Lower windows left and right had screens in them. Is that distracting? Should I try to fix? And the fridge reflection in middle window as well?

Single exposure, 4 SB-80s: One CR (I think it was STU); one on floor below sink, bounced off stainless dishwasher (client didn't want to show stainless appliances; they were old and in poor shape); one bounced off peaked ceiling through doorway, to the left; one on floor bounced out of far left corner (where fridge would be). This one turned out to be unnecessary and I meant to turn it off, but forgot...it's adding very little, other than a reflection :-)

First semi-cool house we've gotten to shoot in a while. This has 2 exposures. Truthfully, I didn't really need the ambient one, but I used it mostly for the door in the pantry that had a reflection and it did add a little something to the photo.
Lighting in both exposures:
- 2 strobes far CL bounced into ceiling to bring up the light level in the area.
- 1 strobe behind me in dining bounced into ceiling
- 1 strobe CL STU to amp up the sunlight beaming through there.
From the 2010 Tunica Show, this spacious kitchen highlights the contrast between light and dark. The gorgeous island with black wood paneling against the lighter cabinets and walls will really make a statement! The far left wall looks a little hot, may be the flash or ambient ceiling light. Brought it down a bit but may need to just blend with a slightly darker image. Red in the fridge is a reflection of a large painting, one that I wasn't about to take down, will need some healing work. Suggestions for anything else welcome!
Passover 2014, Gedera 26 Bistro at Tel Aviv. Dicing tomatoes for lasagna sauce if I recall correctly. A non-kosher for passover lasagna..
The kitchen in this Bistro is quite a celebration to the eye. The design, the order of things, the colors, the action, the atmosphere and the expressions. Great place with great food.
