The feature I love least about our home is the kitchen sink. Now the tap is broken. The landlord is coming to take a look. Hopefully he will see the necessity to replace the whole rotten counter, but I'm not optimistic.
Update at 5:48 pm: Thanks largely to our neighbour from the next unit, who offered to help (inexpensively) the landlord with the repair, and who doesn't take s*** from anyone, we have a brand new countertop. Now he's installing the old sink with a new faucet.

RE: The stager went to town with what I call clutter all over the table. I did some reaarranging in the kitchen. Then I added the wine bottle which I think helped the clutter issue.
This one was tough to get right. I originally used a faster shutter and removed some of the color casts, but the photo looked flat and boring. I went with a slower shutter, but I had to compromise on a couple of things. This is also the MLS cropped version, the full shows half of the double oven on the right.

An Abandoned Farm, called Tapioca, because of the package Tapioca found in the house and as urbex explorers know, names kind of stick, especially unique ones. Last explore of the day, about an hour and a half of light and rainy conditions didn't help the exposure times.
