Not super interesting today but small things can brighten or lift a spot. I'm loving my new kettle!! I know it is just a kettle, we got the microwave too as the previous one was around 15 years old & I was a bit worried about how old it was & if it was still safe. Anyway our new appliances freshen up the kitchen corner. Perhaps next could be new benchtops, now that would be nice.

The cabin kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator, cook stove and lights. All powered by propane. the kitchen sink has a working drain, but it drains into a bucket under the sink which must be emptied occasionally. There's also dishes, pots and pans and cups enough for around eight people.

July 23, 2008. It's starting to look like a kitchen! The refrigerator will be in the space to the left.
This large one bedroom apartment is on the top floor of 6-floor elevator building. The unit is on the northwest corner of the building, has overhead lighting throughout, and three closets. Building is family-friendly and neighbors are quiet and respectful. $1000/month. Heat and hot water are included. Apartment available January 1, 2012, but early move-in may be possible.

So cute! I just love it. The pantry is huge! Straight on through the door on the left is the service area. There's a complete two-room suite, with two full baths back there, for live-in staff.

4 natural light frames and 2 flash frames, one in the kitchen and one coming down the hall, combined in Photomatix. I exposed for the wall sconces and over counter lights, and missed that the over sink lights were nuclear!
